The property contains multi-tenanted offices on the ground, first, second and third floors with residential accommodation above.   The project comprised the refurbishment of t he ground floor reception and staircase areas serving a fully occupied building. The works included the stripping out of existing reception area finishes and entrance screens, demolition and alterations to floor levels, installation of new entrance screens and external paving, refurbishment of reception area finishes and services and the refurbishment of the main staircase between ground and third floor levels. Externally works comprised provision of new external cladding, new glazed entrance screens to both St James Square and Pall Mall entrances and the installation of automatic car park gates. Construction works included the lowering of the ground floor, floor slab forming the soffit to the basement car park ramp, provision of structural steelwork and associated structural works.
